JESUS GARCIA has more than 20 years experience teaching piano and 7 years teaching the Suzuki piano method, with dozens of his students playing successfully in recitals, competitions, and auditions around the Chicago area. Currently, Mr. Garcia has more than 30 piano students.
He received his Masters of Music in Piano Performance with a scholarship from Roosevelt University, Chicago, IL. Renowned Mexican pianist Jorge Federico Osorio and Dr. Ludmila Lazard were his advisers and professors. In addition, during his program at Roosevelt University, Jesus took a course aimed at developing figure base and harpsichord performance with Dr. David Schrader.
Mr. Garcia is certified piano Suzuki teacher by the Suzuki Association of the Americas. He took the Suzuki courses with a scholarship from the University of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and the Trinity International University, Illinois.
In addition, Mr. Garcia performs solo recitals in Mexico and United States, and is the founder of the "Piano Performance Lessons" program that has been developing the piano education and skills of dozens of students of all ages and levels across the Chicago area for more than 5 years. Mr. Garcia hires piano teachers with different qualities and experience of teaching to live up to everyone's piano education needs and goals.
In his early years of his career as piano instructor and performer, Jesus Garcia was piano instructor for the Musical Education Bachelor Program at the Conservatory of Music of Mexico State, as well as the accompanist for viola and voice students. He held these positions for five years (2002-2007). In addition, Jesus also served as the titular pianist of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Mexico State for three years (2004-2007).
In January 2016, released his first album "Piano Mexicano", where he performs outstanding Mexican piano art works.
All his piano students are active as performers. Jesus always encourages them to perform in public, looking for piano festivals, competitions, recitals, auditions and any opportunities where they can showcase their talent. His students have been accepted in pre-college music schools in Chicago.

Ms. Wendy L. Mondragón is a certified piano Yamaha teacher by Yamaha of Mexico Association S.A. Wendy is a passionate teacher who has a significant appreciation for music performing, training and education and has more than thirty years of experience. Her students have been accepted at the
Conservatory of music of Mexico State and others. She debuts with Mexico UAEM Chamber Orchestra performing piano solo in numerous occasions at age fourteen. Then, she completes here Bachelor's Degree at the Conservatory of Music of Mexico State in piano performance with Honorific Mention. Renowned pianists Bernard Flavigny, Eva María Zuk, Kristina Deli, Charles Web and Arpad Joo were her advisers. Furthermore, Ms. Mondragón has appeared as guest soloist in numerous events with Pachuca Hidalgo Mexican Symphony Orchestra and served as piano accompanist and performer at the Symphony Orchestra and Choir of Mexico State. Also she has performed in both, solo and chamber music concerts across Mexico City. She is the fundraiser of the Women's Orchestra of Mexico State. Wendy was piano instructor for the Musical Education Bachelor Program at the Conservatory of Music of Mexico State for thirteen years (2005-20018). National Conservatory of Mexico (2010-2013), Sacred music school (1995-2000), Tecnológico of Monterrey (2014-2016), as well as the accompanist for viola, violin and voice students respectively. The same way she is currently a member of UAEM teacher’s template of Performing Arts School of Mexico State and pianist accompanist and soloist of UAEM Chamber Musicians. |
